Horror Book Club—How to Recognize a Demon has Become Your Friend

April is National Poetry Month, and The Thing in the Labyrinth horror book club is celebrating by reading Linda Addison’s collection of horror prose and poetry, How to Recognize a Demon has Become Your Friend. You can purchase a copy of the book here.

The club will hold a discussion on Sunday, April 23, at 7:30 pm Pacific / 8:30 pm Mountain. This free, online event will take place via Zoom with a run time of 90 minutes. To sign up, please email the moderator, A.E. Santana. A Zoom link will be sent to participants closer to the event date. DHC’s Inclusive Horror

What does “inclusive horror” mean to you? At Denver Horror Collective, it’s all about opening our doors to dark fiction writers of any background, no matter their publication history. That and twenty bucks cold hard cash.

Thanks to indie and self-publishing, it’s never been easier for us writers to get our work out into the world. At the same time, for most of us it’s tricky as ever to find readers. And that’s where a pack makes all the difference.

Horror Book Club—HOW TO SELL A HAUNTED HOUSE by Grady Hendrix

For February, The Thing in the Labyrinth horror book club will be reading Grady Hendrix’s new novel, How to Sell a Haunted House. You can purchase a copy of the book here.
