For September, The Thing in the Labyrinth horror book club is reading the horror novel The Haunting of Alejandra by V. Castro. In The Haunting of Alejandra, a woman is haunted by La Llorona as she tries to find herself within cultural and societal constraints. You can purchase a copy here.
The club will hold a discussion on Sunday, September 24, at 7:30 pm Mountain time. This free, online event will take place via Zoom with a run time of 90 minutes. To sign up, please email the moderator, A.E. Santana. A Zoom link will be sent to participants closer to the event date.
